By accessing or purchasing from buyfragranceoil.com (“Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1) Definitions

“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” = Buy Fragrance Oil.
“Products” = perfume oils and related items sold on the Site.
“Customer,” “you,” or “user” = any visitor or purchaser.

2) Eligibility & Account

  • You must be 18+ or age of majority in your jurisdiction.

  • Keep account details accurate and secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

3) Product Use & Safety

  • Products are for external cosmetic use only; not for medical treatment.

  • Perform a patch test before full use. Discontinue if irritation occurs.

  • Keep away from eyes, children, heat/flame. Follow local regulations for use and storage.

4) Prices, Taxes & Availability

  • Prices may change without notice. Obvious errors may be corrected and orders canceled/refunded.

  • Taxes, duties, and fees are displayed or collected where applicable. International orders may incur customs/VAT payable by recipient (see §9).

5) Orders & Acceptance

  • Your order is an offer to buy; we accept by sending an order confirmation and dispatch notice.

  • We may refuse or cancel orders (e.g., suspected fraud, restricted destinations, stock errors). Refunds are issued for cancellations we initiate.

6) Payment

  • Cards and other methods are processed by trusted providers (e.g., Stripe/iyzico/PayPal).

  • We do not store full card numbers or CVV.

  • Wholesale bank-transfer orders must include Order ID/Invoice Number in the payment reference.

7) Promotions & Coupons

  • Promotions (e.g., Free Shipping $500+) apply automatically when eligibility is met.

  • Coupons cannot be combined unless stated. Not redeemable for cash and not retroactive.

8) Processing, Shipping & Risk of Loss

  • Typical processing: 1–3 business days before dispatch.

  • Shipments are trackable and insured. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery confirmation.

  • Signature may be required for high-value orders. See Shipping Policy and Safe Shipping pages.

9) International Customs & Duties

  • We ship under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. Duties/VAT are the recipient’s responsibility.

  • We provide correct HS codes and, when required, IFRA/SDS documents.

10) Delivery Issues (Lost/Damaged/Delayed)

  • Damaged or missing items: email support@buyfragranceoil.com within 3 business days (72 hours) with photos of box, inner packing, and item.

  • No tracking movement for 10 business days: contact us to open a carrier trace.

  • We will replace or refund where applicable after investigation.

11) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Retail returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened, sealed items in original packaging.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong or defective item.

  • If a return drops your order below a promo threshold, the original shipping may be deducted.

12) Wholesale & Private Label

  • Wholesale orders are non-returnable except for defects confirmed by our team; a restocking fee may apply.

  • Lead times for private label typically 4–8 weeks from design approval and payment.

  • Quotes are valid for a limited time; bank transfers must include Order/Invoice references.

13) Intellectual Property & Trademarks

  • Site content (texts, images, logos) is protected; do not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.

  • Third-party brand names referenced are for comparison/descriptive purposes only. We are not affiliated with any trademark owners.

14) User Content (Reviews, Q&A)

  • By posting reviews or content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display such content.

  • Do not post unlawful, defamatory, or infringing material. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.

15) Prohibited Conduct

  • No scraping, reverse engineering, automated access, or harmful code.

  • Do not misuse coupons, create fake orders, or attempt fraud.

16) Disclaimer of Warranties

Products and the Site are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement).

17) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Products or Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

18) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or Products, breach of these Terms, or violation of laws or third-party rights.

19) Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, strikes, carrier disruptions, regulations).

20) Governing Law & Disputes

  • Unless mandatory consumer protection law of your residence states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey.

  • The parties agree to good-faith resolution first; EU consumers may use the ODR Platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

  • Where permitted, courts of Istanbul, Turkey shall have jurisdiction.

21) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting with an updated “Last Updated” date.
