Tracking — From Our Door to You: A tracking link is emailed immediately after shipment; you'll see status changes such as Label Created → In Transit → Out for Delivery → Delivered (or Exception if the carrier requires action).
You can track at any time from the Orders page of your account or the link in your email.

Need help? Our team can investigate delays, update addresses before shipping, or coordinate with the carrier on your behalf. Insurance and Delivery Assurance: Every package is insured up to the value of the order. If a problem occurs during shipping (loss, misrouting, damage), we will contact the carrier and, where appropriate, provide an exchange or refund.

If the tracking list says "Delivered" but you can't find it: check with household members, neighbors, building staff, and your local warehouse; then contact us so we can initiate a follow-up with the carrier.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items Please email [email protected] within 3 business days (72 hours) of delivery with photos of: outer box, 1) inner packaging, 2) affected product(s).We will file a claim for the damaged item and, where appropriate, arrange an exchange or refund.
