Need help? Our team can investigate delays, update addresses before shipping, or coordinate with the carrier on your behalf. If the tracking list says "Delivered" but you can't find it: check with household members, neighbors, building staff, and your local warehouse; then contact us so we can initiate a follow-up with the carrier.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items Please email support@buyfragranceoil.com within 3 business days (72 hours) of delivery with photos of: outer box, 1) inner packaging, 2) affected product(s).We will file a claim for the damaged item and, where appropriate, arrange an exchange or refund.
