At Buy Fragrance Oil, we ship worldwide with trusted carriers and clear timelines. This Shipping Policy explains processing times, carriers, costs, tracking, customs/duties (DAP), address rules, remote areas, and claim windows for lost/damaged shipments.
1) Order Processing Times
Processing time: 1–3 business days before dispatch (quality checks, packing, documentation).
Orders placed after cut-off (17:00 GMT+3), weekends, or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Pre-orders/back-orders ship when all items are ready (or we may split shipments at our discretion).
2) Carriers & Methods
Express: DHL Express / FedEx / UPS (recommended for most destinations)
Standard/Economy: PTT (Turkish Post) or carrier partner hand-offs
Method is selected based on destination, order size/weight, and urgency.
3) Transit Times (Post-Dispatch, Typical)
USA: 3–6 business days
EU/UK: 3–7 business days
Middle East: 4–8 business days
Rest of World: 5–12 business days
Customs inspections, peak seasons, severe weather, or local courier constraints may extend delivery times.
4) Shipping Costs & Promotions
Rates are calculated at checkout by destination, weight, and dimensions.
Free Shipping over $500: automatically applied to eligible retail orders shipping to a single address.
If a return causes the order to fall below a promo threshold, original shipping may be deducted (see Refund & Return Policy).
5) Packaging & Safety
Leak-proof inner seals, tamper-evident tape, cushioning, and sturdy outer box.
“Fragile/Liquid” handling labels and export documentation included.
Each parcel is insured up to the order value.
6) Tracking & Delivery
A tracking link is emailed immediately after dispatch (also in My Account → Orders).
Statuses typically include Label Created → In Transit → Out for Delivery → Delivered (or Exception).
Signature may be required for high-value orders.
7) Address Rules, Remote Areas & PO Boxes
Verify your address at checkout; contact us before dispatch for edits.
Some carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes; we may switch to a postal service if needed.
Remote-area surcharges (defined by carriers) are not covered by standard rates. If applicable, we will notify you before shipping.
8) Customs, Duties & Compliance (International)
We ship under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms: duties/VAT are paid by the recipient per local law.
We provide accurate HS codes and, where required, IFRA/SDS documentation.
Fragrance oils are non-hazardous but may travel as “limited quantity” under IATA/ADR rules; our packaging/labels comply.
9) Undeliverable / Refused / Wrong Address
If a parcel is returned to sender due to refusal, incorrect/incomplete address, or unclaimed pickup, we can:
Reship (additional shipping charge applies), or
Refund the product price minus shipping and any carrier return fees (if applicable).
For security, we may request address verification on high-risk orders.
10) Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Damaged or missing items: Email support@buyfragranceoil.com within 3 business days (72 hours) of delivery with photos of the outer box, inner packing, and the item.
No movement / suspected loss: If tracking shows no scan for 10 business days, contact us to open a carrier trace.
After investigation, we will replace or refund where applicable.
11) Split Shipments
Large or mixed orders may ship in multiple boxes. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.
12) Restrictions & Compliance Holds
We reserve the right to cancel or hold orders shipping to restricted/sanctioned destinations or flagged by anti-fraud checks. Full refunds are issued for cancellations we initiate.

🔄 Failed Deliveries / Return to Sender
If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address, refusal, or absence, it may be returned to us. Reshipping will require additional shipping fees.
