Policy Summary
Returns: Request within 14 days of delivery for unopened, sealed items in the original packaging.
Exchanges: Request within 14 days (sealed items).
Damaged/Defective: Email support@buyfragranceoil.com within 3 business days with photos.
Non-returnable: Opened bottles, custom/private label orders, gift cards, final-sale items.
Shipping fees: Non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item or the product is defective.
Tip: If a return drops your order below a promo threshold (e.g., Free Shipping over $500), the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

Email support@buyfragranceoil.com with Order ID, reason, and photos (if applicable).
Receive Return Authorization (RMA) and return address.
Ship with leak-proof protection and write the RMA number on the label.
At Buy Fragrance Oil, we take great pride in the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
🔄 Return Eligibility
– Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
– Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
– Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
– The item must not be a custom or private label order.
🚫 Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
– Opened or used fragrance oils
– Custom-blended or private label products
– Items returned after the 14-day window
– Digital products or downloadable content (if applicable)
💸 Refund Process
– Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
– If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–15 business days to your original payment method.
📦 Return Shipping
– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
– We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos and will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra charge.
