Private Label Policy

At Buy Fragrance Oil, we offer private label production services for clients who seek to develop their own brand of fragrance oils. Our private label policy is designed to ensure a clear, transparent, and professional process from initial request to final delivery. We treat every inquiry with strict confidentiality and adhere to all relevant trade laws and ethical standards.

1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

There is no fixed MOQ. All private label requests are evaluated individually based on product type, packaging complexity, and raw material availability. Clients must submit a detailed request form, and we will provide a written quotation accordingly.

2. Request & Quotation Process

Clients are required to fill out the Private Label Request Form with information such as target scent profile, desired packaging, volume per unit, total quantity, branding preferences, and delivery country. Based on the request, we will respond with a detailed quotation and estimated production timeline.

3. Customization Options

– Fragrance selection or development
– Bottle design and material (glass, aluminum, etc.)
– Cap and closure options
– Custom label and box printing
– QR code and brand identity placement

4. Sample Approval

Before mass production, sample products will be prepared and sent to the client for approval. Production will only commence once the sample is confirmed and approved in writing by the client.

5. Production Timeline

Typical production lead time ranges from 10 to 20 business days after sample approval and payment confirmation. Complex customizations may require additional time.

6. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All customer-specific designs, scent formulations, and branding details are treated as strictly confidential. The client retains full rights over custom branding and label design.

7. Changes & Cancellation

Once the sample is approved, no changes or cancellations are allowed. Any requests for modification must be made before the approval stage.

8. Payment Terms

All private label orders must be prepaid. Payment methods include bank transfer (SWIFT/IBAN) and online payments (Stripe, Wise). Invoices are issued upon confirmation.

9. Shipping & Logistics

We ship globally. Shipping method, delivery time, and incoterms will be discussed and confirmed during the quotation process. Customs duties, taxes, and import regulations are the responsibility of the buyer.
