Buy Fragrance Oil offers secure and reliable worldwide delivery for retail and wholesale orders. This policy clarifies shipping coverage, carriers, timelines, costs, customs responsibilities, compliance, and what to do if an issue occurs in transit.
1) Shipping Coverage
We ship from Turkey to most countries worldwide. If your country does not appear at checkout, email support@buyfragranceoil.com and we’ll assist with manual processing.
2) Shipping Carriers
We partner with reputable logistics providers and select the service based on order size, destination, and urgency:

A tracking link is sent by email once your parcel is dispatched.
3) Order Processing & Dispatch
Standard processing time: 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT+3), weekends, or public holidays are processed the next business day.
For address or item changes, contact support@buyfragranceoil.com within 2 hours of checkout (rerouting after dispatch is not guaranteed).
4) Delivery Timeframes (Estimates)
Express Delivery: 3–7 business days (destination-dependent)
Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days (country and local postal capacity may vary)
Delays can occur due to customs clearance, peak seasons, weather, or local courier backlogs. Estimates exclude processing time.
5) Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/volume, and service level. For bulk or private-label orders, shipping is quoted in your proforma/quotation.
6) Packaging & Protection
All products are packed with leak-proof sealing and protective materials. Glass items are double-checked and cushioned to reduce risk during transit.
7) Customs, Duties & Taxes (Incoterms: DAP)
International shipments may be subject to customs clearance. Under Delivered At Place (DAP) terms, the recipient is responsible for import duties, VAT/GST, brokerage, and any clearance fees.
We provide accurate HS codes and can share MSDS/SDS documentation where required.
8) Limited-Quantity & Compliance Note
Many perfume oils are non-hazardous under consumer use; however, depending on route and carrier, some shipments may be handled as “limited quantity” under IATA/ADR. We comply with applicable packaging and labeling rules for cosmetic raw materials and will advise if special handling affects your order.
9) Sample Shipments
We offer 2 ml, 5 ml, and 10 ml samples. Samples may ship via economy or express depending on location and urgency. Shipping fees vary by region and will be shown or quoted before payment.
10) Returns & Damaged Goods
If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, notify us within 3 business days of delivery at support@buyfragranceoil.com. Include photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and product. We’ll evaluate the case and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
11) Lost, Delayed, or Undeliverable Parcels
Delivered but not received: Check with household members, neighbors, and your local depot first, then email us within 7 days.
Transit delays: Carrier investigations can start only after the carrier’s wait period (varies by country). We’ll request a trace once eligible.
Refused/Unclaimed/Incorrect address: Such parcels may be returned. Original shipping and any return costs may be deducted from refunds (see policy).
